Rockbridge, a private equity firm based inside Columbus, Ohio, announced its purchase of the historic 166-room resort atop Bald Head Cliff inside a press launch about Monday. The buy is a joint venture with Maine-based hoteliers Marc Dugas plus Peter Anastos, according to the launch.
